Referral Program
Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Stackt Referral Program ("Program") and are applicable to all participants ("Referrers") who participate in the Program. By participating, Referrers agree to abide by these Terms.

· The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and reside in the United Kingdom.

· To be eligible for the Program, Referrers must have an active Stackt account.

· Referrals are valid only if the person referred is a new customer who has not previously signed up with Stackt.

· Referrals must be made via the referral link or code provided by Stackt.

· Referrers will receive a £50 credit to their Stackt account after the referred friend successfully completes their first order.

· The £50 reward will be credited to the Referrer's PayPal or Bank account.

· Payments are processed once a month, between the 1st and 5th. After the referred person's payment is confirmed and the job is completed without any refunds.

· The reward is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of payment.

· Referrers can earn an unlimited number of rewards based on the number of valid referrals made.

· Stackt reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Program at any time, including the ability to limit the number of rewards a Referrer can receive.

· Stackt reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer or referral who engages in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to, providing false information or using fake accounts.

· Stackt may also revoke referral rewards if the referred customer cancels their order or receives a refund.

· By participating in the Program, Referrers agree to Stackt's Privacy Policy.

· Referrers must ensure that they have obtained the consent of their referred friends before sharing their personal information with Stackt.

· Stackt will process all personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable UK data protection laws.

· Stackt reserves the right to amend, modify, or discontinue the Program at any time, with or without notice.

· Stackt may also amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the Referrer to review these terms periodically.

· Stackt will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the Referrer's participation in the Program or the redemption of rewards.

· Stackt makes no representations or warranties regarding the Program's availability or suitability.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
