Please let us know in advance that you need a professional carpet cleaning & balcony cleaning services. Carpet & balcony cleaning will be charged additionally.
Our end of tenancy cleans are covered by a 72 hour guarantee. This means that if there are any areas missed during the clean, we'll come back and re-clean them for free. A verbal confirmation of satisfaction is required to be given to our cleaners from the client or representative once the service is completed.
