Wonderful service! The guys who came to pack with us were nice and helpful. Moving can be very hard but using Stackt services definitely alleviated a lot of stress and anxieties

I had a small storage unit to empty and move to a new flat - I contacted Stackt with very little idea of how much I needed help with, how long it would actually take, and what date 😅 as I'd been slowly moving some things out myself (yay for vague)

The Stackt customer service team were brilliant regardless of my vaguery - they explained the minimum charge for 2 movers for 2 hours, and the cost implications for going over the time frame clearly. Previous companies I contacted refused my booking without a full confirmed itinerary, despite me providing photos.

The movers were bang on time (and Stackt even sent a tracker for me to see where they were) and were incredibly polite and efficient. They didn't complain once when what should have been a 20 minute journey was 90 minutes due to London traffic, and even helped me by carrying heavy boxes upstairs to the right room!

Stackt pro-rata the additional cost by actual time (so I was only charged for the additional 20 minutes, unlike other companies who charge for a full hour).

Stackt may be fairly new to the market, but I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Their transparent fees and flexible booking took a lot of the stress out of moving.

Best in class, for sure. I requested same-day moving services this morning, and had the most seamless experience I could have ever imagined. The movers are so friendly and helpful — they are doing an amazing job moving all my stuff as I’m typing this review. Needless to say, I’m very impressed 🙏🏼

I used the cleaning and moving services and they really did not disappoint. The ladies who cleaned my new house were so thorough and everything was spotless! The movers were easygoing and methodical so they did not waste the precious 2 hours slot that we have booked. I think for the service they provide, the price was very reasonable and definitely cheaper than their competitors. I could not recommend them enough.

I had the best experience with Karol and Tony. I've received a text about an hour before they arrive with a link to a map showing their live location which was really good. They were very polite and checked out to be sure everything is packed correctly and then move everything causiously to their van and paid good attention to fixing the items in the van so they wouldn't get scratched on the way. They were also very careful when moving the items in as well.Thanks a lot guys!

Great, smooth moving process! I loved how fast my service was booked and how prompt the movers were.

I enquired about shipping from the UK to Europe including the packing service. Customer support was very friendly throughout the booking process and was able to answer all of my queries.The team was very efficient and friendly throughout the packing and storage process before the move took place. They brought all the packaging material necessary and stored my items. I was also able to request some of my suitcases back as I needed some of my pre-packed items.I was a bit sceptical at first about using this company however I am more than satisfied with the service provided.

I ordered a car to move my stuff from one apartment to another. Everything was as I would expect:

• They notified before coming.
• Helped me to move all stuff.
• The driver was polite and hard-working.

Everything was good. The movers were helpful and kind. They carefully moved all the boxes and suitcases with no damage. It was very fast and pleasant move. The updates they send vis text is very helpful feature as well. I will refer to this company for my next move for sure.

Excellent service. If you want your move to be easy and smooth - ask Stackt and you will be pleasantly surprised. All the things was moved out of my 3-room apartment in one day while I was just sitting and relaxing.

Best cleaning service. The arrangements were done in a matter of hours, thanks to the manager Maria.On the day, the cleaners arrived on time. The cleaning itself was thorough, and the staff was very attentive to details, leaving no stains, getting rid of even the smallest ones.

Fantastic customer service! I had a complicated case, with last minute changes, Stackt team accommodated my changes with no hesitation and speed!

Great services, all boxes were packed with care and attention, and shipped overseas. All boxes were received in a safe and proper condition.The packing team was incredible, they traveled from London a distance of 4 hours to pack the personal effects while i was abroad and over the phone with them.The customer service was also very friendly and made it easy for me to receive my boxes by putting me in contact with the local shipping company. Thank you very much for an easy and comfortable move! For a large family, moving is a very difficult task, but the company's employees have done an incredible job. They came on time, carefully disassembled and packed the furniture, did not get distracted for a minute. In the new place, they carefully arranged things in the specified rooms, qualitatively carried out the assembly after the move. We were very polite, liked by the children!

I was lucky to find Stackt that was recommended by a friend of mine. I needed someone to pack, move and store my stuff with minimal supervision and without me physically being there! I’m really impressed with how smooth the whole process was while I was outside of UK. The only thing I’d recommend them is to share a breakdown of services and costs by default to give clients the full transparency.

I had to receive my boxes from one place at my home-place once I arrived in the UK, and the staff were really friendly and communicative. They managed to deliver my boxes and other stuff safely and smoothly. In addition to it, I did not have a chance to meet them on time; still, they have placed my boxes in my flat with care and great attention. I really appreciate their time and help; everything was so professional and pleasant.
