Who can participate in the referral program?

Anyone can participate. Once you create an account, you’ll receive access to your unique referral link.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

No, there is no limit! You can invite as many friends as you like and earn £50 for each one who becomes a paying customer.
Can I refer people who have already used Stackt?

No, the referral program is only for new customers. Friends who have previously used Stackt services are not eligible.
How do I share my referral promo code?

You can copy your referral promo code from your personal account and share it with friends via social media, email, or messaging apps like WhatsApp. If you can’t find your personal link, please contact our Customer Support.
How do I know if my friend has signed up and paid?

You will receive an email with information on the status and the amount of rewards you’ve earned.
Do you have any personal account where I can check my Stackt balance?

Yes, you can always check your balance in your personal account.
What will my friend get if they use my referral code?

They will receive a 5% discount on all services except Cleaning and Disposal.
How and when will I receive my referral reward?

Payments are processed once a month, between the 1st and 5th. After your friend’s payment is confirmed and the job is completed without any refunds, your reward will be transferred to your PayPal or UK Bank account during that period.
What payment methods do you offer?

What should I do if I haven’t received my reward?

If it’s been more than 7 business days since your friend’s job was completed and the 5th of the month has passed, please contact our support team at help@stackt.co.uk. We’ll be happy to investigate.
What happens if my friend forgets to use my referral promo code?

Unfortunately, referrals can only be tracked if your friend uses your unique referral promo code. Make sure they enter it in the ‘Promo code’ section at checkout before placing the order.
No, self-referrals are not allowed. If detected, your referral reward will be invalidated.
Can I refer family members?

Yes, as long as they are new customers and have not used Stackt services before.
Are there any actions that could disqualify me from receiving my reward?
