The SSA UK Annual Industry Report 2024 puts the London average at £38.80 per sq ft per year (ex VAT), about £90/month for 25 sq ft and £181/month for 50 sq ft, with VAT added, before cover; central stores sit above that. Stackt charges one London price, per week, for the space your items actually take up.

After the offer, the standard rate applies, and operators can review prices during your stay. A unit needs a van to fill and a van to empty. Even a single hired van with fuel and a few hours of your time comes to £60–£80 each way in London, so two trips can cost more than a month of storage.
