Both services collect your boxes, store them and bring them back. Lovespace figures are per calendar month from the price calculators on their website (one item at a time, London postcode), rolling first and then on their discounted terms; Stackt figures are the live checkout prices per 4-week month.

Both collect and return your things so you never visit a warehouse. The differences are in what you can store, where the price ends up once delivery is added, and how quickly you can get an item back.
Storage by the box suits a few boxes, suitcases and a bike. If you also have a bed, a sofa or a wardrobe's worth of clothes, Stackt lets you mix per-item storage with a plan sized to the space you use, from a wardrobe (15 sq ft) up to a garage; the 24 sq ft small room is £86.16/month on 6+ months.
Month to month the per-box prices are level (£9.65 against £9.60 for a small box). Lovespace's discounts for committing to 6 or 12 months up front are deeper than Stackt's 6-month rate, but leaving early means paying out the plan. The total is then decided by collection and delivery fees and how many boxes you have; the table above lists both sides so you can add it up.
With Stackt every item is photographed into your online inventory at collection, so you can ask for a single box or a bike back without taking everything out of storage. Delivery is quoted when you book it.

It depends on how long you commit for. Month to month the two are level: Lovespace's calculator gives £9.65/month for a small box and £92/month for a 15 sq ft unit (London postcode), against £9.60/month and £89.72/month with Stackt (4-week months, as of 8 September 2026). Commit up front and Lovespace discounts harder: £3.25/month for a small box on 12 months and £69/month for the unit on 3 months, against Stackt's £7.68/month and £71.76/month on a 6+ month term. So for a few boxes you know you will leave for a year, Lovespace is cheaper on storage alone; add collection, delivery and how many boxes you have, and compare the full quote. Once you are storing more than a few boxes, Stackt's plans priced by space (from £86.16/month for a 24 sq ft room) usually work out cheaper than paying per box anywhere.
