Can I use my own boxes?

When you choose the storage or moving service by themselves, you are expected to pack your items into boxes to be ready to go. When it comes to furniture, you are expected to disassemble all items before we arrive. Any items that do not follow the above guidelines can be upgraded to our Packing and are subject to an hourly labour rate - but we must be informed of this at least 24 hours before the services are set to commence.
