How much will my move cost?

Your move will be charged at an hourly rate with a two-hour minimum time requirement. If your relocation takes one hour, for example, you will be charged for the 2-hour minimum. The hourly rate is determined by the number of movers required for your specific move. The larger the relocation, the more movers are necessary. You'll have to request a new delivery, and you'll be billed for it againPlease double-check that your address is correct, including the correct postcode, so that your delivery would be successful the first time. Please include any specific delivery guidelines that may assist us in locating your address. If you've requested us to bring your belongings to reception, make sure you have their permission first and that someone will be present to accept them.If your driver is unable to reach you within the delivery window due to unexpected circumstances, we will reschedule your delivery to the same address free of charge. Although delays are particularly unusual, they do occur, therefore please be advised that in the case of a delay, we will be unable to deliver your items to international addresses. We recommend having your belongings delivered at least two working days before you leave the country. If your driver is compelled to wait for more than 10 minutes for any reason, you will be invoiced for the time spent by the driver.

How long will the team work for?

The length of time Stackt movers will be present on the property is dependent on the service you require. During long shifts (4 hours + ), the team has the right to take a food break for 45 minutes.

What happens during a Stackt move?

If choosing the Moving & Packing option - Stackt's skilled movers will wrap all of your chosen belongings and furniture for the move. If choosing the Moving option only - Stackt movers will load items onto the vehicle and unload them at the desired destination. Furthermore, the loading process will be carried out in the safest manner possible before items are placed into the vehicle. Items that require extra handling will be wrapped to protect them and keep them clean during the moving process. To preserve your house and other belongings, our movers will only handle items that were specified to be stored with Stackt.
