Yes. We can assist you in shipping your belongings internationally. Please contact us and we will give you an estimate or refer you to a trusted reliable partner. Please let us know if you've already arranged for a courier to send your items, and we'll offer assistance for them to pick them up from the storage facility If you need us to weigh or measure your boxes or other items before shipping we can do that for an extra charge.
If your driver is unable to deliver your items due to incomplete or inaccurate address information, or if you are not at home when the driver arrives, your items will be returned back to our storage facility. You'll have to request a new delivery, and you'll be billed for it again
Please double-check that your address is correct, including the correct postcode, so that your delivery would be successful the first time. Please include any specific delivery guidelines that may assist us in locating your address. If you've requested us to bring your belongings to reception, make sure you have their permission first and that someone will be present to accept them.If your driver is unable to reach you within the delivery window due to unexpected circumstances, we will reschedule your delivery to the same address free of charge. Although delays are particularly unusual, they do occur, therefore please be advised that in the case of a delay, we will be unable to deliver your items to international addresses. We recommend having your belongings delivered at least two working days before you leave the country. If your driver is compelled to wait for more than 10 minutes for any reason, you will be invoiced for the time spent by the driver.
